Nothing brings people together more than food, right?
A few years ago we started Seabreeze Food & Friends Suppers that meet monthly to try out new recipes and share together. We realized these suppers are a wonderful opportunity to help new folks to the church get acquainted with a few team members and feel more comfortable and connected to the church. Today, this is one of the key events that can help in this area.
Last Friday, we enjoyed “Breakfast for Dinner” followed by a “White Elephant” Gift Exchange that resulted in an abundance of laughter!
Each supper is open to both singles and couples, and we do have a good gathering of both that attend regularly. We welcome guests who don’t attend Seabreeze. This allows them to get to know some of our friendly and fun-loving people. The suppers are currently held on Friday nights, usually the final Friday of each month at 7 p.m. We choose a different theme for each supper, from “Pie Nights” to “International Night,” to name a few.

Our next supper is Friday, February 23rd when our theme will be “Comfort Foods.” Start searching your recipe file, or look for a new one! We promise a fun-filled night of food and fellowship.
