There will also be a Pre-Relevate Staff Lunch for 17:6 Staff Members on Wednesday from 11-2pm before the conference begins

Meals

Lunch, snacks, and drinks are provided. Gluten-free and dairy-free meal options are available upon request. For those with other dietary restrictions, we will send out the menu before the conference so that you can plan accordingly.

Sign-ups will open on July 31st at 10:00am. The Main Auditorium has a capacity of 450 people. If we reach 450 registrants, there will be space in overflow rooms with a live feed of the Main Auditorium.

What is the schedule?

  • Wednesday, November 12th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
    • Check-in begins at 6:00pm
  • Thursday, November 13th from 9:00am to 5:00pm
    • Campus opens at 8:00am
    • Light morning snacks and lunch will be provided on campus

Are discounted rates available?

Yes. For full-time students, the cost is $225 per person. This option is available when you register.

Cancellation and refund policy

If you register and are not able to attend, you can cancel your registration and receive a full refund as long as you cancel by October 30th. After October 30th, no refunds will be issued for any amount. Reply to the email you received when you registered to request a refund (relevate@17sixnetwork.com).

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, the minimum age required for a registered conference attendee is 16 years old.

Is there childcare for this event?

Childcare will not be permitted on campus during the Relevate Conference. We want to ensure a distraction-free environment for in-person attendees and for the conference recordings. To maintain this environment, children between the ages of 1 and 15 will not be allowed on campus during the event.

What about nursing mothers?

We will have a room available for nursing mothers and their babies who are 12 months old and younger at the time of the conference (November 12th). The Mommy and Me room will have a live feed from the Auditorium. For the safety and privacy of the mothers and babies, only the registered moms and their babies will be allowed in the Mommy and Me room. Make sure to indicate on your registration that you will be bringing your infant and you will receive more information prior to the conference.
