Last night was the first furniture assembly gathering. There were more than 70 people in the new building setting up each room. It was an awesome time and we got a lot done! Check out photos from last night:
Kids Furniture Assembly 11.17.21
More furniture assembly is happening today (9:30am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-3:30pm) and the last opportunity will be on Saturday from 9am-noon. Come join us!
We are still on track for dedicating the building on December 5 and using it for the Kids Ministry on December 12. We just passed inspections yesterday for electrical, plumbing and mechanical, so that is great! We still have fire alarm inspection as well as the main final building inspections (building, public works, etc.), so pray that those go well.
There are some outstanding items that will not happen before December 5, but the city has let us know we will likely be able to get a temporary certificate of occupancy. The main glass garage door is not looking like it will arrive in time as well as some exterior signage.
Please continue to pray for favor with the city as we work through final inspections.
