Great news on the office renovation since the last update! In short, the project is progressing well. The mechanical rough inspection and fire sprinkler inspection both passed back in December. The framing is complete, and the exterior windows and patchwork metal siding installation are done. The electrical work is underway, and we're on track for a rough electrical inspection on January 29th.
Over the next few weeks, the electrical rough work will continue, and once the inspections for electrical and framing pass, we will begin with drywall and insulation. Please pray that the inspections go well, and the inspector catches any important things that need to be fixed. Also, please continue to pray for the safety of the workers and for them to do high-quality work.
