With all that could shake us to the core in life, we need to be strengthened by a source outside of ourselves. The Psalms give us prayers and songs that are current, honest, and suspenseful, yet completely confident in God.  The Psalmists knew how to find solid ground to stand upon and point us on how to talk to God when we don’t know what to do. This series will aim to introduce the Psalms as the prayer and praise book of God’s people. It is a guide for us today on how to be strengthened and pray in our own times of trouble.
